陈修梅，女，山东五莲人，副教授，博士在读。2006年7月毕业于武汉大学基础数学专业，获理学硕士学位。目前，主要研究方向集中在教育统计与测量、心理测量、不确定理论与优化等领域。
在教学工作方面，陈修梅老师自担任教师以来，先后承担了《数学分析》、《高等数学》、《线性代数》、《概率论与数理统计》以及《工科数学提高》等多门课程的教学任务。每年指导学生参加大学生数学竞赛，助力学生获得多项省级奖项。2016年和2017年，连续参加校级青年教师教学比赛，分别荣获三等奖和一等奖。2017年，代表学校参加了第四届山东省高校青年教师教学比赛，并荣获三等奖。此外，她积极参与教学改革，成功完成《线性代数》混合教学改革项目，并与团队成员共同制作完成了《微积分Ⅰ》、《数学进阶Ⅰ》课程的在线开放课程，均顺利在省级平台上线。还顺利完成了《高等数学BⅠ》、《线性代数A》的课程思政示范课建设，并成功推动《高等数学BⅠ》入选校级一流课程，该课程已于2024年顺利结题。凭借出色的教学表现，于2018年荣获山东青年政治学院“优秀教师”称号，2019年获评“我最喜爱教师”，并多次获得校级优秀等次。
在科研领域，先后在《Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems》、《Symmetry》、《Heliyon》、《Plos One》、《Frontiers in Public Health》等SCI、SSCI期刊上发表论文二十余篇，并获得一项发明专利。她还积极参与科研项目，曾参与一项国家级项目和四项省部级项目的研究工作。主要学术成果如下：
